HTCC replaces chairman, vice-chairman

Fixed-line operator Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corporation's chairman Jesper Theill Eriksen and vice-chairman Carsten Dyrup Revsbech have resigned from the company's board of directors, due to their increased work responsibilities at Mobile Nordic, a business unit of parent company TDC. Eriksen was recently appointed CEO at Mobile Nordic, while Revsbech is Mobile Nordic's CFO. HTCC has appointed Jesper Ovesen and Morten Bull Nielsen to replace Eriksen and Revsbech. Ovesen is currently senior executive VP and the CFO at TDC, while Nielsen serves as director and attorney with TDC.
