HTGF, VersoVentures invest in NSN M2M spin-off Cumulocity

High-Tech Gruenderfonds (HTGF) and VersoVentures are investing in and supporting the spin-off of Duesseldorf-based Cumulocity from Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN). Cumulocity develops cloud-based software solutions for M2M communications.
