Huawei criticises Polish draft security law

Poland's draft law on a national cyber-security system includes opaque and subjective criteria for evaluating security at infrastructure providers, Ryszard Hordynski, the director for strategy and communications at Huawei Poland said to the agency Newseria Biznes. The criteria are based on relations of the vendor with states outside the EU and NATO. Such clauses are evidently discriminating and violate international treaties, claims Hordynski.
