Huawei negotiates with Russian operators on Ultra HD

Huawei is currently negotiating with Russian operators on establishing pilot areas for the launch of Ultra HD (4K) technology, reports Comnews.ru citing Alexander Chernyaev, manager for selling software to operators at Huawei Russia. Huawei is ready to fund such projects, as well as to attract partners for implementation. Huawei is interested in forming the 4K market, and the company is ready to provide operators with a single video platform, consultancy services for video business, chips and software for interaction between terminals and the platform. Negotiations are planned to be completed
