Huawei opens first German customer service centre

Huawei has launched its first customer service centre in German to provide on-site services to clients. The Berlin facility offers customers personal assistance with hardware or software problems and warranty questions. It also includes training rooms for staff members. The German centre is based on a model that has previously been implemented in China, Italy and Spain, according to a statement from Huawei.
