Huawei unveils Safe City Integrated Communication Platform

Huawei has officially launched its Safe City Integrated Communication Platform (ICP) at the Huawei Connect event in Shanghai. The latest addition to the company's range of public safety solutions is designed to be the brain of a command centre, picking up alerts from multiple different channels, and enabling unified voice and video communications. In that regard, the platform provides dedicated videoconferencing channels for police command, expert consultants and even first responders in the field.
