Huawi starts 'Seeds for the Future' program in Tanzania

Huawei Tanzania has launched a 'Seeds for the Future' program to provide 10 students from Tanzanian universities an opportunity to visit Beijing and work out of the company's headquarters in Shenzhen, China. Designed to help bridge the gap between school and work, Seeds for the Future and the e-Education project will help develop ICT talent in Tanzania, promote a greater understanding of the telecommunications sector and encourage participation in the international ICT community, Huawei said. The company works with the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) and State University of Zanzibar (SUZA)
