Huber+Suhner board to propose Franz Studer as new member

Swiss supplier of connectivity products Huber+Suhner said its board of directors has passed a resolution to propose Franz Studer as a new board member at the Annual General Meeting on 10 April. Studer will replace Christoph Fassler, who will not stand for re-election.
