Huber+Suhner buys BKtel for approximately EUR 50 million

BKtel, which generates sales of around CHF 45 million, has three locations in Germany and holds majority participations in two companies in France and Japan. It has expertise in fibre-to-the-home (FTTH), hybrid fibre coax (HFC) and distributed access architecture (DAA) as well as optical signal processing (optical converters, amplifiers and fibre lasers).
