Huber+Suhner sales surge 15 percent to CHF 474 mln in H1

Swiss manufacturer electrical and optical connections Huber+Suhner reported a 15.4 percent rise in net sales to CHF 474.0 million in the first six months of 2018, boosted y a 21.6 percent year on year increase in order intake to CHF 516.8 million. As a result, the company's EBIT soared 35.1 percent year on year to CHF 44.3 million, with the EBIT margin improving to 9.4 percent. Net income rose by 32.2 percent to CHF 31.6 million, with the company reporting double-digit growth rates in all three main regions.
