Huber+Suhner shareholder Abegg Holding sells stake

Abegg Holding has fully divested its 10 percent stake in Huber+Suhner. The family holding is controlled by Annina Mullerā€Bodmer, and she remains committed to Huber+Suhner in her capacity as a private shareholder and increased, according to her own accounts, her privately held stake in the context of the accelerated bookbuilding from 1 percent to around 3 percent.
