Humax adds Netflix app to Freeview Play box

Set-top box maker Humax has added Netflix to the FVP-4000T PVR to make the streaming service available to Freeview Play homes in the UK, reports Broadband TV News. Graham North, commercial director at Humax, said that the Netflix app was fully integrated into the Humax FVP-4000T home page. The Freeview Play connected TV service offers users access to a mixture of live TV, catch-up TV and on-demand services. Current owners of the Humax FVP-4000T will automatically will receive a free OTA update to add the Netflix app.
