Hungary adds 13,000 broadband users in March

The number of fixed-line voice subscriptions in Hungary was 3.040 million in March, up slightly from 3.038 million in February, according to a report from local telecom regulator NMHH. The total number of fixed-line broadband subscriptions reached 2.343 million, that is up 13,000 compared to the end of February. In the broadband market, the DSL base increased to 780,511 from 776,038 in February, the number of cable subscribers increased to 975,574 from 970,295, and the number of FTTx users grew to 364,496 from 362,707.
