Hungary authority promotes consumer protection portal

Monday 23 November 2015 | 08:37 CET | News
Hungary's telecommunications authority NMHH launched a contest aimed at readers of its szelessav.net consumer protection website where customers can check their download and upload speeds as well as find out other pieces of information about internet services offered by ISPs in Hungary. The prize pool comprises an iPad tablet and 154 other prizes such as bike accessories. Since its launch three months ago, the website attracted about 125,000 consumers. The goal of the contest is to encourage more customers to access the website.
