Hungary's TV subscriptions down by 9,000 in October

Hungarian operators lost 9,000 TV subscriptions in October compared to September to reach a total of 3.572 million, according to data from local telecommunications authority NMHH. In October, the number of subscriptions on wired networks (CATV and IPTV) increased by 3,000 to 2.574 million. Of these subscriptions, 658,520 were analogue, down from 650,506 one month earlier, and 1.916 million were digital TV subscriptions (cable or IPTV), up from 1.910 million in September.
