Hungary's TV subscriptions up by 7,000 in January

Hungarian operators added 7,000 TV subscriptions in January compared to December to reach a total of 3.579 million, according to data from local telecommunications authority NMHH. In January, the number of subscriptions on wired networks (CATV and IPTV) increased by 3,000 to 2.600 million. Of these subscriptions, 647,518 were analogue, down from 654,332 in December, and 1.952 million were digital TV subscriptions (cable or IPTV), up from 1.933 million in December.
