IBM may open cognitive technology centre in Romania

IBM is in talks with Romania's Government to set up a specialised centre for developing cognitive technologies that is called European and National Romanian Innovation Cognitive Hub (Enrich), writes local paper Ziarul Financiar citing information provided by the Ministry of Communications and Information Society (MCSI). MCSI and the Ministry of Education and Research have identified the "cognitive computing" technology as one of the areas where Romania may become a leader.
