ICASA, Cell C and MTN agree to implement consumer charter in February 2019

The matter between Cell C, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) and MTN South Africa of implementing the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations has been settled. Cell C had filed an application at the South Gauteng High Court on 06 June, seeking a postponement of the implementation of the regulations
