ICASA criticises Multichoice listing while complaint is pending

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has noted with concern that the listing of the Multichoice Group has gone ahead, despite a complaint before the Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) on this matter. On 23 January, Khulisa Social Group NPC (Khulisa) lodged a complaint with the CCC against Multichoice in respect of the listing.
