ICASA H2 tariff report says Rain has most affordable 1 GB bundle

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has published the bi-annual analysis of tariff notifications, covering the 163 tariff notifications lodged with ICASA from 01 July 2018 to 31 December 2018. It said Rain's 1 GB mobile data bundle was the most affordable on the market.
