ICASA makes changes to end-user and subscriber service charter

Tuesday 12 February 2019 | 13:29 CET | News
The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) says it has made amendments to the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter to facilitate implementation and compliance with the regulations. It declared on 15 November 2018 that its issue with Cell C and MTN was settled and that the charter would take effect on 28 February, as ordered by the South Gauteng High Court. ICASA said it has since received a number of concerns from some licensees in respect of the implementation of the regulations.
