ICASA parts ways with CEO

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) has parted ways with its CEO, Pakamile Pongwana. The regulator said it wished to notify all stakeholders and the media of their mutual separation. Chief operations officer (COO) Willington Ngwepe will serve as acting CEO until a permanent one is appointed.
