ICASA says spectrum licensing litigation talks are going well

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has told the public and stakeholders that ongoing settlement negotiations on spectrum litigation are unfolding well, with a very encouraging outlook. All active litigants have given their positions on the matter, and there is a continuing exchange of constructive engagements by the parties. ICASA is consolidating submissions with active litigants, and will outline a way forward in due course, it said.
