ICASA seeks views on On Digital licence switch to StarTimes

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has invited the media, stakeholders and the public to its hearings regarding the application for transfer of the Individual Electronic Communications Network Service (I-ECNS) licence from On Digital Media Proprietary (ODM) to Startimes Media (South Africa).
