Icasa to review call termination regulations

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa) is inviting interested stakeholders to participate in a process to review pro-competitive conditions imposed on licensees in the Call Termination Regulations of 2014. The regulator is requesting licensees complete a questionnaire by 28 February.
