Ice Group AGM approves NOK 18 mln share buybacks

Ice Group said shareholders at its AGM on 03 June passed a motion to allow the board of directors to buy back shares on one or more occasions with a total nominal value of approximately NOK 18.12 million.  The maximum amount to be paid per share is NOK 200 and the minimum is NOK 10.
