Iceland refers lower wholesale mobile termination fee to ESA

The Icelandic Post and Telecom Administration (PTA) said it has notified EFTA Surveillance Authority (ESA) of its draft decision on wholesale tariffs for call termination on individual mobile networks. This was formerly Market 7, but is now referred to as Market 2. PTA proposes to set a fee of ISK 1.23 per minute for the period 01 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
