Icelandic 2017 mobile subscriptions up 2.5%, fibre subscriptions up 33%

The Icelandic Post and Telecom Administration (PTA) said in its sector report for 2017 that the total number of mobile subscriptions rose by 2.5 percent from 450,839 in 2016 to 462,026. Mobile voice subscriptions were up 2.3 percent to 410,662 and mobile data subscriptions increased by 4.3 percent to 51,364.
