Friday 3 May 2002 | 11:02 CET | News
Icon Medialab International announced on May 3, that it has decided to cease the funding of its operations in Stockholm and France. The consequence of this decision is that the subsidiary in Stockholm, Icon Medialab, has filed for bankruptcy. A thorough assessment of the performance of the Stockholm operation during the past weeks has made the Board of the company conclude that the financial situation of the operation is not strong enough to make further funding worthwhile. IconMedialab will continue to maintain a strong presence in the Nordic region through operations in Finland and Denmark.
