ID1 goes on sale in Germany with updated software

Danish mobile phone manufacturer ID2ME said it is updating the software for its ID1 smartphone following user feedback. It is also taking the Android-based handset to the German market, its first international one after it appeared in Denmark in January. The phone is priced at EUR 399 in Germany, where more than 70 percent of phones sold run on Android OS.
