IFT asks Telmex, Telcel to revise wholesale reference offers

Mexican telecommunications services regulator IFT has rejected the proposed wholesale reference offers presented by America Movil's subsidiaries and requested the operators to implement several modifications to the offers. The IFT had requested America Movil's subsidiaries Telmex, Telnor and Telcel to submit wholesale offers for the following services: leased lines, access and passive infrastructure sharing in fixed networks, access and passive infrastructure sharing in mobile networks and mobile virtual network operators (MVNO). The regulator pointed out that the operators now have 20 days
