IHK president calls for efficient use of broadband funds

The president of the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Claus Ruhe Madsen, demands a review of the sustainability of certain areas in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania for the deployment of fast internet connections, heise.de reports. In light of the scarce financial resources for the broadband expansion in the state, the state government should set clear priorities, according to Madsen.
