Immigration dept defends Orange Kenya over job race claims

The Department of Immigration Services has defended Orange Kenya over claims that its top managers have been showing racial bias against locals by hiring expatriates for well-paying jobs, Business Daily reported. In a response to a suit filed by activist Amos Mokua, the department said it has not received complaints of harassment or racial discrimination against Kenyan employees and so it has not lodged investigations into Orange Kenya's sale.
