INA planning to invest EUR 10 mln in MySkreen - report

French audiovisual institute INA is planning to invest some EUR 10 million in MySkreen, a two-year old company that aims to challenge iTunes and Hulu in the country, Les Echos reports, stating that the body aims to establish a VoD platform bringing together the resources of all of the players in the market. MySkreen founder Frederic Sitterle will reduce his 51 percent stake while retaining the biggest share. INA president Matthieu Gallet president told the newspaper that the institute was looking for a 'neutral' company capable of federating all of online video providers without prejudice.
