INCA looks to plot superfast broadband 'notspots' in UK

The Independent Networks Co-operative Association (INCA) has launched a registration scheme for people to register superfast broadband 'notspots' across the UK. INCA is a not-for-profit association of organisations actively developing projects in rural and urban areas where people are unable to get superfast broadband from BT or Virgin Media.
