Incognito Software Systems announced the Digicel group has selected its Incognito Fibre Service Orchestration platform to automate the provisioning, activation and diagnostics of multi-play fibre services throughout its markets. The platform allows Digicel to improve operational efficiency, enhancing the customer experience and enabling faster time to market for new fibre-based services, said Incognito, adding that it helped Digicel fast-track the provisioning of new fibre-based services in a few months to meet expansion targets in Latin America, Caribbean and South Pacific.
