Increased broadband speeds improve performance of streaming services in Australia - study

Increased broadband speeds have improved performances of streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube during mid-September and October when compared to a pre-COVID baseline of February, according to a report from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). The report tracks the performance of the NBN fixed-line broadband connections that support streaming and video conferencing services.
