India's Airtel prices USD 1.5 billion bond offering

Indian mobile operator Bharti Airtel has priced its debt fund raise of USD 1.25 billion through the issuance of its first ever dual-tranche USD bond offering spread across senior and perpetual issuance. Airtel has priced USD 750 million of senior 10.25 year bonds. Simultaneously, Network i2i, an Airtel subsidiary, priced USD 500 million in guaranteed subordinated perpetual NC 5.25 year bonds with a coupon of 3.975 percent.
