Indosat Ooredoo sees 27% data traffic increase on Lebaran national holidays

Indonesian operator Indosat Ooredoo saw data traffic in its network jump by 27 percent during Lebaran national holidays, compared to average pre-COVID-19 daily traffic. Data traffic grew across regions including Jabodetabek due to coronavirus social distancing, the company also said. Applications with the highest increase in traffic were messaging, social media and video streaming, as well as gaming apps.
