Indosat Ooredoo upgrades contact centre platform with IBM Salesforce services

Indonesian operator Indosat Ooredoo has teamed up with IBM Indonesia to upgrade its contact center using Salesforce services, and IBM Garage methodology. The deployment helped Indosat Ooredoo reduce the average handling time by 50 percent and average speed to answer by 90 percent, the Indonesian operator said.
