Infinera names Jackson to lead Subsea Business Group

Infinera, provider of Intelligent Transport Networks, named Scott Jackson as vice president, responsible for overseeing the Infinera Subsea Business Group. Most recently, Jackson was chief technical officer for 4D Security Solutions. Jackson has more than 31 years of experience directing teams from concept to delivery over a broad range of technology areas. Jackson was involved in undersea fibre systems from their genesis, including the first transoceanic optical cable, TAT-8, connecting North America and Europe.
