InfoVista acquires Ascom's TEMS for USD 45 million

InfoVista announced a binding agreement to acquire Ascom's TEMS business for USD 45 million. The network testing, monitoring and optimization platform is used by the world's top 20 mobile network operators, major infrastructure suppliers and network engineering services providers to help monitor wireless networks and assure quality of service and optimum performance. InfoVista, already active in network orchestration services, said the acquisition of TEMS will strengthen its ability to offer innovative products for mobile network performance analytics, indoor network design and optimization,
