InfoVista completes acquisition of Ascom's TEMS

InfoVista has completed its acquisition of Ascom's TEMS business for USD 45 million. InfoVista said the TEMS portfolio will complement its network planning, optimisation and service assurance systems to enable a more complete view of the service delivery chain and help CSPs and MNOs deliver better customer experience.
