InfoVista's TEMS Investigation selected by Turkish operator

Friday 9 December 2016 | 06:31 CET | News
InfoVista announced that a major Turkish operator selected its TEMS Investigation. The operator will use TEMS Investigation to benchmark its VoLTE and high speed data (CAT 9) network performance against other Turkish networks in order to continuously improve its customer satisfaction. The combination of TEMS Investigation with TEMS Discovery, the TEMS portfolio analytics platform for statistical summary visualisations of network KPI performance, allows this Turkish operator to explore collected data and drill down on identified issues.
