Ingram Micro to acquire cyber security value-added distributor in France

Ingram Micro has announced the acquisition of Abbakan, a French company specialising in the Value Added Distribution (VAD) of cyber security and related IT services. Headquartered in Paris, the business has seven offices across the country and also offers professional certifications via its own training centre. As part of the deal, expected to close in the third quarter, Abbakan will retain its current management team.
