InnerCity FiberNet secures Mexcap investment

Investment fund Mexcap has announced a private equity investment in and recapitalisation of InnerCity FiberNet. Dallas-based ICFN provides fibre-optic services to enterprise business, education, data centre, carrier, cloud and content companies over its proprietary metro network in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Under the terms of the deal, Tom Spackman, Managing Director of Mexcap, will take over as chairman of ICFN.
