Inside Secure confirms sale of chip business to WiseKey

Inside Secure announced a binding agreement has agreed to sell its semiconductor business to WiseKey, as first announced in May. The sale is part of Inside Secure's strategy to refocus on its software security and technology licensing business. The terms of the deal are the same as announced with the preliminary agreement in Mat. Upon completion of the transaction, Inside Secure will receive CHF 2 million in cash (net of transferred cash) plus bonds convertible into listed shares of WiseKey worth CHF 11 million. The transaction is expected to close in September, subject to French finance
