Intel teams up with Akirachix to help women in Kenya

Intel Kenya announced its collaborations with Akirachix to launch a countrywide initiative that will see more Kenyan girls start to develop technology applications to celebrate the United Nations' second International Day of the Girl on 11 October. There will be two days of free training sessions organized annually in five towns and cities for girls interested in coding. The sessions will be limited to 25 girls per class and will be open to all Kenyan girls. Participants will be required to apply through ihub.co.ke.
