Intelsat 31's launch delayed due to Proton glitch

Russian and US JV company International Launch Services (ILS) announced that the problem which resulted in the delay of the Intelsat 31 launch was solved. The problem has been isolated to a connector on the flight vehicle and not the ground system as it was wrongly identified earlier. The Proton launch vehicle was cleared for flight. The rocket and the Intelsat 31 satellite remain in a safe configuration at the launch site awaiting launch. Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Center and ILS planned to make another attempt at 13:10 Baikonour time, on 9 June. The satellite was built
