Interdigital launches Chordant platform for smart city services

InterDigital has launched its Smart City-focused Chordant business. Using its platform, Chordant will develop services for Smart City deployments. The company said its platform simplifies the development of smart city services by hiding the underlying complexity from application developers, so they can focus on creating applications for cities, consumers and enterprises. The platform also features a simple interface for partners to access and onboard their services. Lastly, the platform can bring all data assets into one environment.
